Designer is also a live to life a live

RI tried my best n i give up.,

Can't sleep., don't know why.,

Mgkn pengaruh capucino yg kuminum jam 9 tdi., 

mgkn pengaruh iga yg prtama x kumakan seumur hidupku,

mgkn jg pengaruh dengan siapa gw makan iga hari ini., 

Mgkn memang belakangan gw smakin sulit tidur, dan hari ini yg terparah.,

It's 1 a.m. -.-!!!!!

N tomorow is work day.,

Tp kurasa bkn krn kopi, coz kopi selama ini membuat gw tenang, dan tenang itu bikin ngantuk., 

N so u decided to write saja lah.,

Drpd bolak balek badan mulu di kasur., haha

Ada sebuah kisah, yg dr senin lalu ingin kubagikan., but ya., i'm quite lazy lately for writing n typing,, (belakangan kebanyakan hanya copas lirik lagu yg sdg gw dengar dan comment)..

It's about my job.,

Well., i never introduce my job in this blog ya.,

Perkenalkan., i'm a designer,, yeeeyy.,

Graphic designer., spesialisnya.,

Since 2011, n i never join any design class (still in my dream)..

I just learn from friends, books ( terbanyak ), internet, cd module and else.,

Otodidak., 

Why i decide to focus in design? 

Bukan di hal dimana gw lulus as mahasiswa terbaik k2 se-jurusan kampus., (pamer sdikit.. :p)

A lot of reason., but lately i 'REALIZE' one thing that i do know from the beginning and just realize more today.,

Akhir2 ini, gw dipertemukan ke bbrp costumer yang membuat gw really enjoy my job.,

As example.,

customer yg jual kue2 kering dan buka warung makanan kecil,

Hei girl., how much u can earn from this small stand?

Well., i learn a lot., and it can't be compare with money., :)

My customer is a strong woman.,

She got divorce with her husband., fight alone for her two sweet girls.,

And her youngest daughter terkena diabetes., setiap hari mesti disuntik insulin 3x sehari., 

He just 11 years old..

When she told me her story., hati gw pilu.,

Bagaimana pahitnya pernikahannya, perceraiannya, sakit anaknya., airmata dan doa setiap tengah malam., berjalan n berjuang sndiri di kota ini..

But this woman., in all the bitterness that she face., she still smile and laugh with me., i found a warmth in our relationship., :)

Seperti nambah 1 cc baru., 

N she is very happy with my design.,

Its always be my biggest happiness ., ;)

Work, friendship, life's lesson.,

Note : i make a canvas for her as a gift, n a happy face is enough already as a payment for that canvas..

Another one, prewedding album.,

It's a fun album ever.,

We talk n discuss a lot about the theme of the picture..

It's a crazy album at all., hahaha

We put a shark, dino, and speech bubblr in the album.,

And so, this is the first prewedding album that i ever see n made which is full of laugh, sweet and crazy things.,

Well., i am happy for u two., happy wedding n hope ur wedding's story will be full of happiness n laugh as the album is., :)

And still., their happiness can't be bought by money., and the payment is enough for me., 

I also give them a frame as gift ., and when i see the bride's face., dy spt terharu ampe mau nangis gt., n raut mukanya indah sx., XD

Well, i'm happy coz 'my message' sptnya tersampaikan., :D

This is me, a designer., :)

I don't say that money is not important.,

Who will work if they don't get payment?

Everything maybe need money, but money isn't everything.,

N belajar 'kecukupan' itu penting, selain belajar untuk 'kaya' 

Honestly, gw takut terjebak dalam uang.,

I know that i'm a woman yang jika hatiku sudah fokus dan terikat pd satu hal, i will 'all in'

Dangerous one., n sangat tdk baik jika hati kita terikat pd materi., :)

Tp bukan berarti tu menjadi alasan untuk tdk bekerja keras dan work more ya., 

Keep work hard, but also keep our heart to the right track., ^^

N last monday., ada temen ku yg mendadak bbm.,

Gw pernah share yearbook yg pernah kita buat ke dy.,

N i really shock on what she requested to me.,

Cc itu ask me to make a memoriar book of adiknya yg pass away bbrp waktu lalu., T___T

So sad ya., adiknya baru 30thn, dulu sekelas dg cc ku..

Album itu akan diberikan ke anak adiknya yg masi berumur satu tahun.,

Dan di depan diminta dituliskan,

"_________ (nama anaknya), sorry mommy ga bisa temani kamu sampai dewasa"

Pas baca bbmnya, hatiku pilu sekali, n ga terasa mata gw uda basah., T__T

Mana dp cc itu sedih sekali.,

Dpnya dlm bhs inggris yg artinya kira2 bgini : jika setiap airmata yg kuteteskan bs membangun jalan ke surga, mgkn aku sudah sampai disurga untuk menjemputmu pulang.,

N i promise to my self., i will do my best for the design., T______T

These experiences are teaching me that sometimes designer job isn't only design and create a beautiful art,

But, put the real 'art' on the design., put the 'life', put the 'feeling' put the 'story', put the 'memories'., and also a chance to spread ....... (if u know what i means., kok jd kaya 9gags ya., hahhahaha xD)

Hope it always remind readers and me to put ours heart in everything we do.,

As the bible say,

 "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, (Colossians 3:23 NIV) "

And a book of Arvan Pradiansyah : "I Love Monday" that also influence me n my job today.,
